Peake Perennials is a small nursery based in Dorset where we grow a wide range of hardy herbaceous perennials and ornamental grasses, specialising in the more unsual and taller varieties which are not often seen.

We’ve been on the move once again and are now thankfully much nearer home,
our growing space is now on a farm in Lytchett Minster – just around the corner from the delightful Courtyard Craft Centre 
with its fabulous café, farm shop, pottery, lovely little craft shops.
It’s also home to Lytchett Bay Soaps and you can even get a massage
while your pooch goes for a quick wash and brush up!

Unfortunately, as the growing space is amongst a farmyard with heavy vehicles
often moving around it’s not suitable for on-site visits.
However, we have already been successfully experimenting with pop-up stalls within the 
Courtyard Craft Centre  and are hoping to develop a more regular
or permanent presence there during the coming season.
 
 

In the meantime, we’re booking a full season of events which you will find on our Shows page, we’re still adding to the list so keep checking for new additions or sign up to our Newsletters and we'll keep you up to date.

With all the changes coming this season, as we find our feet in our new location, we have made the difficult decision to close the webshop and mail order service. However, we still want to try and help you find that one plant you really must have so do feel free to email or phone and we’ll do our best to help.

We do take enormous pride in our home grown plants which will provide wonderful flowers, colour, texture and structure to your borders year after year. We propagate our own plants whenever time and regulations allow and when we can’t, we endeavour to source stock as locally as possible.
